Stephanie Foreman – Attorney

We know that it is difficult to navigate legal issues among family members. We spend our lives helping California couples through the dissolution process, including handling child custody disputes, spousal support issues, complex financial and property division, and issues surrounding domestic violence.

Family law issues can arise from several circumstances, and cause anxiety, frustration, and hardship for everyone involved. I have been practicing family law for over a decade. I try to make your legal experience one that attempts to solve your problems, not add to them. I pride myself in a close one-on-one relationship with my clients. In cases of divorce, my clients have one shot at a successful divorce. Whatever legal issues they face, we’ll face it together.

That’s why Stephanie Foreman also handles many different types of family law cases, ensuring that your rights, property, and children will be protected.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and my juris doctorate from Santa Clara University. During law school, I clerked at Bay Area Legal Aid, Pro Bono Project, and the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. After graduation, I received a fellowship to work at the Northern California Innocence Project. I have been practicing exclusively family law for over a decade and have also experience with the leading family practice firms in San Jose/ Silicon Valley.
