If you are father trying to win custody rights and your visitations do not feel discourage, if the mother of your child completely isolates you from your child or is using your child as a pawn do not give up! My Fiancé, had to take the mother of his child to court because the mother of his child would not let him see his daughter anymore, he’s been in his daughter’s life for her entire 7 years and always got her every weekend, mother then started throwing crazy allegations to make him look like a horrible father and had cut him off completely for almost 2 straight months. This was the longest time that him and his daughter have never seen or spoken with each other. After two weeks past we knew we had to go to court to get our baby back! This was mines and my Fiancé first time going to court and I knew from the get go that we had a really good solid case with lots of evidence and response to the mothers concerns and allegations. we had already filed our declaration letter and served them  ourselves so we needed someone to represent our case so we wanted to get the best attorney there was to represent his case and it took days to find the right person, and we found Stephanie Foreman!

But as soon as the judge started denying every CRAZY request the mother wanted, we all started smiling and relaxing. It’s been two months and now he gets to see his daughter today and have her for the entire weekend until mediation.
